At the end of a tenancy, tenants can sometimes leave without letting us know who supplied them with energy. We can sometimes find this out through clues within the property such as prepayment cards/fobs or open letters.

If we cannot find out who supplied them with energy we can use the following websites to help:

Find out who your gas or electricity supplier is

1. Visit the above page
2. Search for Gas or Elec suppliers here, you will need the address and postcode of the property
3. For electricity, you will need to access the regional network suppliers first, most of our properties are in the NORTHWEST so you can select this.
