<aside> 💡 Why are some commissions higher for the community? The commission may be higher for the community as more often than not it is an isolated referral. Team members are more likely to interact with new members and follow through with a sale.

It is important that when promoting the commission to the community they are instructed on the commission criteria and how it is to be claimed. See below for claim information to pass on.
Team commission is for someone employed or contracted to Newtons or a Newtons company.
There are opportunities for you to go the extra mile to complete a sale at Newtons and to say thank you we offer a commission package on top of your wage.

To keep the approval of the form to a minimum please can all requests come via the office admin role. Therefore, please instruct the community to make a claim with the office admin.
